How does it work?

If you’ve never heard of the term “Health Coaching”, this could be a bit confusing. So let me help you understand.

A health coach is a professional who works with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Health coaches typically have training and expertise in areas such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and behavior change. They work with clients to develop personalized plans and strategies to improve their overall health and well-being.

Health coaches may work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, corporate wellness programs, and private practices. They may also work with individuals one-on-one or in groups. Some health coaches may specialize in certain areas, such as weight loss or diabetes management, while others may offer more general health and wellness coaching services.

Overall, a health coach can provide guidance, support, and accountability to help clients make positive changes in their lives and achieve their health goals.

I decided to specialize in women’s health - from the stubborn body fat that you’d want to lose, to addressing hormonal imbalances such as PCOS, endometriosis or hypothyroidism, to body composition improvement. My goal is to help you feel better, have more energy, lose weight, but ultimately give you the tools to be able to do it all yourself, in a sustainable way.
